Blerina Cani

Nursery Manager

Blerina joined Highams Park as Manager in June 2008. Blerina has been working in childcare for six years. Blerina is a qualified teacher and has a degree in Human Sciences. In addition to completing her NVQ4 in Childcare and Education in 2007 and achieved Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) in July 2010.

Carika Deysel

Deputy Manager

Carika has joined our nursery since January 2006 as a room manager in the preschool. Carika has got a PGCE qualification, and has worked as a teacher for over a year when she joined our nursery.

Carika was promoted to Deputy Manager in April 2009.

Carika has attended lots of training on EYFS and Management.

Gill Peck

Room Manager (Baby Room)/Junior Deputy

Gill is NNEB qualified (NVQ Level 3). Gill started working in childcare in 1971 and joined Highams Park in 2001.

Gill is a real asset to our nursery and her contribution has been acknowledged with an award for the ‘Lifetime achievement’ from Casterbridge Care and Education (our parent company) in September 2010.
