Parent Survey Results 2011

The annual Casterbridge Parent Survey was carried out in July to enable us to understand from our parents what we are doing well and what we can improve upon.

At Highams Park Day Nursery and Preschool 100% of parents were satisfied with the overall experience at the nursery and when asked how likely parents were to recommend us we scored 8.8 out of 10. Some highlights of the findings are that parents feel that our preschool is excellent preparation for school (100% agree), our food is healthy and nutritious (100% agree), the nursery is very clean (92% agree), our staff are competent and caring (92% agree) and the quality of our resources are excellent (90% agree). Parents said they would like more verbal feedback and more time to chat with staff, we are committed to working on these areas.
